Our team work together to bring out the very best in the young people placed with us. We are here to support, encourage, coach and to cheer them on from the side-lines, every step of the way.
We endeavour to guide young people to live their lives, to assist them in meeting their goals, to be reflective and to learn from their life experiences. No matter what specific roles we are assigned at EA Jigsaw Care, we believe in working together to help young people placed with us, make the best possible choices so that they will have the best chance of thriving in the future.
We always strive to build a foundation so they can feel more confident in making their own decisions. Currently our team is made up of 7 key workers and 3 placement managers, as well as a Therapeutic Counsellor and Holistic Therapist.
